Application InfoThe laxative effect usually occurs after 8 to 12 hours.
Application NotesThe total dose should not be exceeded without consulting a doctor or pharmacist. How to use? Take the medicine with liquid (e.g., 1 glass of water). How long should it be used? You should not use the medicine for more than 1-2 weeks without medical advice. Overdose? Because the medicine is composed of various active ingredients, a variety of overdose symptoms can occur, including painful intestinal cramps and severe diarrhea. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately. Generally, be especially careful with dosage in infants, young children, and the elderly. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any possible effects or precautions. A dosage prescribed by a doctor may differ from the information in the package leaflet. Because the doctor tailors the dosage to your individual needs, you should use the medicine according to their instructions.

ContraindicationWhat are the contraindications? - Narrowing of the digestive tract, e.g., in the esophagus, stomach, or small or large intestine - Acute inflammatory bowel diseases (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, appendicitis) - Appendicitis - Abdominal pain of unknown origin - Severe dehydration, with disturbances of fluid and electrolyte balance - Diabetes mellitus (diabetes) that is difficult to control. Which age group should be considered? - Children under 12 years: This medicine must not be used. What about pregnancy and breastfeeding? - Pregnancy: Consult your doctor. Several factors play a role in whether and how this medicine can be used during pregnancy. - Breastfeeding: Based on current knowledge, use is not recommended. Discontinuation of breastfeeding may need to be considered. If this medicine has been prescribed to you despite a contraindication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. The therapeutic benefit may outweigh the risk associated with use in the presence of a contraindication.
Important NotesWhat should you be aware of? - Your urine may become discolored. - Only use laxatives for short periods without medical advice. Long-term use may lead to chronic constipation and/or other problems. If short-term use is ineffective, consult your doctor or pharmacist. - Caution: Laxatives are not suitable for weight loss. - Use with caution if you are allergic to psyllium seeds! - Use with caution if you are allergic to spices such as anise, mugwort, dill, fennel, carrot, coriander, caraway, paprika, parsley, celery, and tomatoes! - Use with caution if you have a sucrose intolerance. If you are on a diabetic diet, you should consider the sugar content. - There may be drug interactions. Therefore, you should always inform your doctor or pharmacist about any other medications you are currently taking before starting treatment with a new medication. This also applies to medications you buy yourself, use only occasionally, or whose use was some time ago.
