Alsifemin® 100 Climate-Activating Capsules Alsifemin® 100 Climate-Activating Capsules are a food for special medical purposes. They contain an isoflavone-rich soy extract as well as selected vitamins, minerals, and lecithin in a balanced dosage. This product is suitable for the dietary management of typical menopausal symptoms.
