Always use Apis mellifica exactly as your doctor has told you. Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is: Adults and children aged 6 years and over receive 1 ml injected subcutaneously 2 - 3 times a week to once a day. Small children aged 1 to 5 years receive 0.5 ml as a single dose, infants in their first year of life receive 0.3 ml. The potency level suitable for the treatment is selected by the doctor based on the respective clinical picture and prescribed individually for the patient. The subcutaneous injection is usually carried out in the thigh or the outside of the upper arm or in the abdominal region. After cleaning the injection site (e.g. by rubbing with 70% alcohol), form a fold of skin and insert the injection needle at an angle. Pull back the syringe plunger slightly.
