Unless otherwise prescribed, for each dose, stir the contents of one Aplona® sachet into 1 cup (1/8 liter) of lukewarm, boiled water or weak tea. Let it stand for 5–10 minutes. If desired, the drink can be sweetened with sweetener, but not with sugar. Aplona® can be taken either lukewarm or cold. Do not boil Aplona®. Do not take Aplona® for more than 3 days without consulting a doctor. If symptoms persist or if you experience side effects other than those listed in the package insert, consult a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional.
