Dosage and Method of Administration Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, the following dosage recommendations apply: Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over: For acute symptoms, it is recommended to take 1 tablet every 30 to 60 minutes. The maximum intake of 6 tablets per day should not be exceeded. Frequent use over a period of more than one week should only be undertaken after consulting a therapist experienced in homeopathy. For chronic symptoms, the recommended dosage is 1 tablet one to three times daily. As soon as the symptoms improve, the frequency of intake should be reduced accordingly. The tablets should ideally be taken about 30 minutes before or after a meal and allowed to dissolve slowly in the mouth.
