Promotes falling asleep. Active ingredients from nature. The day-night rhythm is one of the most important rhythms for our body. It is created by an internal biological clock in our organism and is reflected in many different bodily functions: waking and sleeping, activity during the day and regeneration at night, as well as in almost all physiological processes (e.g. heartbeat, breathing, blood pressure, thermoregulation, digestion and much more). Our modern way of life, on the other hand, is characterized by a loss of rhythm. Stress in particular can massively disrupt our finely tuned rhythmic structure. This can manifest itself, for example, in the fact that we have difficulty switching off in the evening and cannot relax. This often robs us of sleep. This is where lavender can be helpful as an external application: Weleda lavender oil 10% is rubbed into the skin or used as a wrap. It has proven particularly useful for nervous restlessness, tension, vegetative balance disorders and problems falling asleep. Used before going to bed, it helps to let go of the day's events, find inner peace and promotes restful sleep.
Active ingredients 1 ml Lavandula aetheroleum 10% excipients Olive oil, native Source: Avoxa/ABDATA Pharma Data Service Application Unless otherwise prescribed, lightly rub 3-5 drops of oil into the skin over the affected areas 2 to 3 times a day or use as a wrap. In the case of vegetative balance disorders, difficulty falling asleep and functional cardiovascular disorders, the rub is applied in the left chest area, in the case of flatulence on the stomach in a clockwise direction, and in the case of menstrual disorders in the abdominal and lumbar area. For children aged 2-5 years, do not rub into the skin, only use as a wrap. Do not use on children under 2 years.
