Application Notes

The total dose should not be exceeded without consulting a doctor or pharmacist. How to use? Take internally in a little warm water and externally apply drops to the affected areas of skin, then gently massage the medication in. For inhalation, inhale the rising vapors after preparation with hot water. Wash your hands thoroughly after use. Avoid accidental contact with mucous membranes, eyes, and open wounds. How long should it be used? The duration of use depends on the type of symptoms and/or the course of the illness. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor. Overdose? If the medication is used as described, no symptoms of overdose are known. If in doubt, consult your doctor. Side Effects

What undesirable effects can occur? When taken internally: - Heartburn - Discomfort in the rectal area (anus and rectum) - Nausea - Vomiting - Blurred vision - Burning sensation in the mouth - Mucosal ulcers - Lichen-like skin changes - Rash - Transient, spontaneous flushing of the cheeks with a sensation of heat (flush) - Headache - Shortness of breath - Slow pulse (bradycardia) - Muscle twitching - Impaired coordination (ataxia) - Circulatory collapse due to an allergic reaction (anaphylactic shock) - Menthol odor in urine and stool - Painful or difficult urination - Penile disease (inflammatory) - Kidney damage with prolonged use. When inhaled: - Coughing - Respiratory arrest - Bronchospasm - Laryngeal spasm. When applied to the skin: - Skin inflammation due to allergy (contact dermatitis) - Skin irritation - Mucosal irritation/inflammation of the mucous membranes - Eye irritation - Irritation of the Nasal mucosa: If you notice any discomfort or changes during treatment, contact your doctor or pharmacist. Contraindication

Consult your doctor or pharmacist. What about pregnancy and breastfeeding? - Pregnancy: Based on current knowledge, this medicine should not be used. - Breastfeeding: Based on current knowledge, use is not recommended. You may need to consider weaning. If this medication has been prescribed to you despite a contraindication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. Important Notes

What should you be aware of? - Menthol/Camphor/Cineole: Do not use on or near the respiratory organs of children under 2 years of age; risk of laryngospasm. Hypersensitivity reactions (including shortness of breath) may occur in sensitized patients. - There may be drug interactions. Therefore, you should always inform your doctor or pharmacist about any other medications you are currently taking before starting treatment with a new medication. This also applies to medications you buy yourself, use only occasionally, or whose use was some time ago.
