Vliwazell® absorbent compresses 20 cm x 40 cm Vliwazell® highly absorbent wound dressing All-round closed, multi-layer compress with high absorbency, for treating moderately to heavily exuding wounds. Thanks to the particularly soft fleece covering, Vliwazell absorbent compresses are skin-friendly. Wound exudate is quickly passed into the absorbent body made of cellulose flakes, whose absorption capacity is many times that of a gauze compress. A special blue fleece on the back reduces the penetration of wound exudate and is therefore gentle on clothing and laundry.
Composition The Vliwazell® absorbent compress is composed as follows: Covering fleece: Polypropylene Distribution fleece: Tissue (pulp) Absorbent core: Cellulose Laundry protection fleece: Polypropylene Hot melt adhesives are used to glue the sides and the back. Areas of application for the absorption of wound exudate in superficial, medium to heavily exuding wounds for the treatment of acute and chronic wounds
